CONFIGURATION AND OPERATING PRINCIPLE
MEMS Tiltmeter is designed to monitor the inclination on a vertical or horizontal surface of structures such as retaining walls, piers, piles, embankments, dams, buildings, etc.
It is consists of highly accurate MEMS sensors which is fixed to an angle bracket.
The angle bracket is welded to steel or bolted to an anchor into concrete or rock.
Once the inclination of the structure changes, the sensor is tilting and it’s output signal is delivered to a measuring instrument.
The measuring instrument converts this signal into mV and indicates.
PURPOSE
Monitoring the deflection and deformation of bridges or retaining walls.
Monitoring the vertical rotation of retaining walls, piers, piles, and buildings.
Monitoring the inclination of structures under load.
Monitoring the settlement among embankments, railroad tracks, and tunnels.
Monitoring the horizontal rotation of buildings, embankments, bridges, and dams.
FEATURES
Built-in ceramic sensor with high accuracy.
Excellent precision and responsibility.
Strong waterproof and durability.
Built-in overvoltage protection circuit.
Easy installation and coordination to automatic monitoring (Data logger)
